Board of Trustees Application

The NAHS Board is comprised of NAHS parents, NAHS faculty and staff, representatives of the business community, and civic partners interested in the NAHS community. Trustees serve a two-year term and can be re-elected for no more than two consecutive terms (four years).

Nominations for new board members are accepted every spring. The NAHSF will convene a nominating committee, made up of current board members, who will review interested candidates and put together a suggested slate of new members by the end of May each school year.

This is a working board, not an advisory board. Board members are expected to attend all meetings, which occur monthly. Board members are expected to participate actively in NAHSF fundraisers, the Annual Fund campaign, and the ongoing work of the Foundation.
